Sical Logistics Ltd. has executed inter-corporate loan agreements with its wholly-owned subsidiary, Pristine Value Logistics Pvt. Ltd., for up to Rs. 6 crore, and with its step-down subsidiary, Sical Multimodal and Rail Transport Ltd., for up to Rs. 20 crore. Both loans are unsecured, have a 12.5% annual interest rate, and are repayable after two years. The transactions have been conducted at arm's length.
