JK Paper Ltd. announces the appointment of Shri Suresh Kumar Baroth as Chief Executive Officer of Delopt Business, effective immediately. He replaces Shri K.L. Vishwanathan, who is no longer part of senior management. Additionally, Company Secretary Shri Deepak Gupta has resigned, effective November 8, 2024, to pursue other opportunities, confirming no material reasons for his departure. The Chief Finance Officer will now determine materiality of events in the absence of the President & Director.
