Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL) has been awarded the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contract for the doubling of track between Parbhani and Parli stations by South Central Railway. The project spans 58.06 km (excluding a 6.775 km yard section) and includes electrification and signaling works. The estimated project cost is approximately INR 625 crores, with a completion timeframe of 30 months. RVNL emerged as the lowest bidder for this contract.
