Kuantum Papers Limited’s Board of Directors has appointed Mr. Munishwar Kumar as an Additional Non-Executive Director, pending shareholder approval. Mr. Roshan Garg has resigned as Chief Financial Officer, effective November 4, 2024, for personal reasons. Mr. Vikram Kumar Khaitan will succeed him as CFO starting November 5, 2024. Moreover, Mr. Khaitan will be authorized to determine materiality and disclose events to stock exchanges after his appointment.
