Shree Cement Limited announces the effectiveness of the Scheme of Amalgamation between its wholly-owned subsidiaries, Shree Cement North Private Limited and Shree Cement East Private Limited. As of November 4, 2024, Shree Cement North Private Limited is dissolved and has ceased to be a subsidiary of Shree Cement. The appointed date for the scheme is April 1, 2024.
