Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Limited — QIP/Rights/Pref., 04-11-2024: Allotment of Securities

Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Limited has approved the allotment of 10,502 fully paid-up equity shares under its Employee Stock Option Scheme 2017. Following this allotment, the company's paid-up equity share capital will increase to ₹10,71,19,96,330, consisting of 1,07,11,99,633 fully paid-up equity shares. The newly allotted shares will rank equally with the existing shares.
