Maruti Suzuki reported its production figures for October 2024, producing a total of 177,312 vehicles, up from 176,437 in October 2023. Notably, utility vehicle production increased significantly to 72,339 units compared to 54,316 in the prior year. However, production in the mini and compact segments showed a decline, with combined numbers falling from 104,856 to 87,794. Overall passenger car production was slightly higher at 173,662 compared to 173,230 in the previous year.
