Pokarna Limited announced the rescission of proposed administrative reviews for Anti-Dumping and Countervailing Duty orders specifically affecting Pokarna Engineered Stone Limited (PESL). The reviews for the periods June 1, 2023, to May 31, 2024, and January 1, 2023, to December 31, 2023, have been withdrawn due to no review requests submitted. Consequently, previous duty rates will continue to apply.
