Goa Carbon Limited — Others, 01-11-2024: Loss of Share Certificates

Goa Carbon Limited has informed that its Registrar & Transfer Agent, Link Intime India Pvt. Ltd., has received requests from a shareholder regarding the loss of share certificates. The affected shareholder, Indra Sadana, reported the loss of a certificate corresponding to 50 equity shares. The RTA has initiated the process for issuing duplicate certificates, and it is advised to notify the stock exchange not to engage with the reported lost certificates.
