Tata Consumer Products Limited has allotted an additional 55,071 Rights Equity Shares to eligible shareholders, increasing its paid-up equity share capital from 98,94,03,547 to 98,94,58,618. This allotment follows an earlier issuance of 3,65,68,731 Rights Equity Shares and was completed in compliance with a court order. The newly allotted shares will rank equally with existing fully paid-up shares.
