Aptech Limited announced the retirement of Mr. Anuj Kacker from his positions as Whole-time Director and Interim CEO, effective October 31, 2024. Following his retirement, he will also cease to be considered a Key Managerial Personnel. Further details regarding this change have been provided in the attached documentation.
