Sudarshan Chemical Industries Limited — Others, 31-10-2024: Shareholders meeting

Sudarshan Chemical Industries Limited has announced a Postal Ballot to seek shareholder approval for several resolutions including an increase in Authorized Share Capital, raising up to Rs. 900 Crores through equity securities, and preferential issue of warrants to a promoter group member. The proposed acquisition of Heubach Group’s Global Pigment Business for €127.5 Million (approx. Rs. 1,180 Crores) will also require enhancements in borrowing limits and related transactions. Remote e-voting will take place until November 30, 2024.
