Ashoka Buildcon Limited — Important, 30-10-2024: General Updates

Ashoka Buildcon Limited has entered into a Securities Purchase Agreement to acquire 100% of Ashoka Concessions Limited's investments and 26% of Jaora Nayagaon Toll Road Company Limited from Macquarie SBI Infrastructure Investments and SBI Macquarie Infrastructure Trust for ₹1,526 crores and ₹150 crores, respectively. The acquisitions aim to consolidate ownership of these subsidiaries and provide an exit for the investors, subject to regulatory approvals.
