Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Limited — New Orders, 30-10-2024: Bagging/Receiving of orders/contracts

Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Limited has entered into a domestic services agreement with MSCI Services Private Limited. Zaggle will provide its Zaggle Save employee expense management and benefits platform, which is to be executed by October 28, 2025. The contract does not involve related party transactions, and there are no interests from promoters or group companies in MSCI Services. Further details are available in the attached annexure.
