Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Limited — New Orders, 30-10-2024: Bagging/Receiving of orders/contracts

Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Limited has entered into a Master Agreement with Dr. Batra’s Positive Healthcare Private Limited. Under this agreement, Zaggle will provide its Zaggle Zoyer proposition. The contract is domestic in nature and is set to be executed over the next year. There are no related party transactions or interests involved. Further details are provided in the attached annexure.
