PC Jeweller has allotted 3,38,85,000 equity shares upon the conversion of warrants, increasing its paid-up share capital to ₹ 499.72 crore. The shares were issued to 35 non-promoter allottees at ₹ 42.15 per warrant, totaling ₹ 142.83 crore. Post-allotment, promoter holdings decreased to 50.84%, while public holdings rose to 49.16%. The new shares rank pari-passu with existing ones.
