Infosys has allotted 12,495 equity shares, increasing its issued share capital to ₹ 20,76,07,96,560. The allocation includes 3,784 shares under the 2015 Incentive Compensation Plan and 8,711 shares under the Infosys Expanded Stock Ownership Program 2019.
