Indiamart Intermesh Limited — Important, 30-10-2024: General Updates

IndiaMART InterMESH Limited, through its subsidiary Tradezeal Online Private Limited, plans to invest up to Rs. 10 crores in Truckhall Private Limited (SuperProcure) by acquiring Compulsory Convertible Preference Shares. This investment aims to enhance IndiaMART's SaaS offerings in logistics management. Following the acquisition, Tradezeal will hold a 35% stake in SuperProcure, which generated a turnover of Rs. 11.84 crores in FY 2024. The transaction will be completed within 60 days.
