Info Edge (India) Limited has announced investments of Rs. 17 Crores in its wholly-owned subsidiary Zwayam Digital Private Limited and Rs. 2 Crores in Allcheckdeals India Pvt. Ltd., another wholly-owned subsidiary. The investments aim to support working capital requirements and general purposes. Both acquisitions will be completed within 30 days, with all transactions conducted at arm’s length and without any interest from the promoters. Zwayam provides SaaS recruitment solutions, while ACD focuses on online real estate investments.
