Hind Rectifiers Limited announced the approval of 24,815 equity shares under its Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP 2018). Additionally, the company appointed new senior management personnel: Mr. Lalit Tejwani as Chief Strategy Officer, Mr. K. R. Narayan as Chief Revenue Officer, Mr. Shailesh Jadhav as Vice President of Operations, and Mr. B. Brahmananda Reddy as Vice President of R&D. The Board also approved the sale of the Dehradun plant for not less than Rs. 8 crores.
