Birla Corporation Limited’s wholly-owned subsidiary, RCCPL, has extended the timeline for the acquisition of a 3.12% equity stake in Continuum MP Windfarm Development Private Limited. The deal, valued at approximately ₹13.91 crores, aims to secure wind-solar power for a capacity of up to 12 MW. The revised closing date for the acquisition is now set for January 31, 2025.
