Laxmi Organic Industries Limited's Board has approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results. They also sanctioned capital expenditure for a n-Butyl Acetate plant in Dahej, Gujarat, and an Ethyl Acetate plant in Lote, Maharashtra, each with a proposed capacity addition of 70 KTA, set to be added by Q4FY26. Total investments are ₹914 million for n-Butyl Acetate and ₹905 million for Ethyl Acetate, financed through a mix of internal accruals, debt, and equity.
