Muthoot Capital Services Limited — QIP/Rights/Pref., 29-10-2024: Issue of Securities

Muthoot Capital Services Limited has approved the issuance of 1,00,000 Senior Secured Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) for a total of ₹100 crores, with a face value of ₹10,000 each. These NCDs will have a 24-month tenor, a monthly coupon rate of 9.90%, and will be listed on BSE Limited.
