Jindal Photo Limited has received a notification from Jindal India Powertech Limited (JIPTL) regarding the conversion of 44.02 crore optionally convertible preference shares into equity shares. This conversion maintains Jindal Photo's total equity shareholding at 15.34 crore shares but dilutes its percentage ownership from 47.54% to 20.11% in JIPTL due to the increased equity base. On a fully diluted basis, the percentage remains unchanged.
