Fine Organic Industries Limited — Important, 29-10-2024: Agreements

Fine Organic Industries has announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Fine Organic Industries (SEZ) Private Limited, has entered into a 60-year lease agreement with Jawaharlal Nehru Port Authority for a 118,186 square meter plot in Navi Mumbai's Special Economic Zone. This lease will facilitate the establishment of a manufacturing unit. There are no related party transactions or potential conflicts of interest associated with this agreement.
