GHCL Textiles Limited — Board Meeting, 29-10-2024: Outcome of Board Meeting

GHCL Textiles Limited approved its unaudited financial results for the quarter ending September 30, 2024. The Board recommended the appointment of three Independent Directors: Mrs. Sudha Pillai, Mr. Virusangulaam Kumarasamy Jeyakodi, and Mr. Chathamur Raman Rajagopal, for five-year terms starting March 1, 2025, pending shareholder approval.
