Dr. Reddy's Laboratories Limited — Important, 29-10-2024: Updates

Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories announced a stock split, subdividing each equity share of Rs. 5 into five equity shares of Re. 1. As of the record date, the authorized share capital remains Rs. 1,450 crore, while the issued and paid-up share capital has adjusted from approximately Rs. 83.44 crore in 16.68 crore shares of Rs. 5 to the same value in 83.44 crore shares of Re. 1. This change will enhance share liquidity.
