Winsome Yarns Limited has informed the Exchange that the Shareholders of the company in their meeting held on 14th September, 2019, appointed Mr. Manish Bagrodia as Chairman and Managing Director of the company for period of 5 years effecting from 01st July, 2019. The tenure of Mr. Manish Bagrodia as Chairman and Managing Director of the Company was ended on 30th June, 2024. Furthermore, Mr. Manish Bagrodia will be continued with the company as Non-Executive Non-Independent Director of the company w.e.f 1st July, 2024.
