Symphony Limited — Important, 29-10-2024: Updates

Symphony Limited's Board of Directors has approved the in-principle sale of two properties: a freehold land of approximately 1254 sq. mtrs. in Bodakdev, valued at around Rs. 30 crores, and a residential flat of 141 sq. yards on Sandesh Press Road, valued at about Rs. 0.60 crores. The transactions are subject to definitive agreements and necessary approvals. Further updates will be provided upon completion of the transactions.
