Trust Fintech Limited has signed an agreement with NMG Group, Dubai, for the sale and services of its Trustbankcbs core banking software, including various add-on modules, intended for a bank in Africa. The contract, valued at approximately $528,500 plus additional resources, is expected to be executed over the next year. There are no conflicts of interest with promoters regarding this agreement.
