Ramco Cements Limited has successfully monetized non-core assets totaling Rs. 376 Crores since September 2024. This includes the sale of equity shares in Ramco Industries Limited, valued at Rs. 326 Crores, to promoter group companies, and part of its Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares in Swiggy Limited for Rs. 50 Crores. The company aims to reach its target of monetizing Rs. 1,000 Crores in non-core assets as previously announced.
