Reliance Power Limited — QIP/Rights/Pref., 28-10-2024: Allotment of Securities

Reliance Power Limited has completed a preferential issue allotting 18.31 crore warrants to Reliance Infrastructure Limited and 6.07 crore warrants to Basera Home Finance Private Limited. The warrants were issued at Rs. 33 each, with 25% of the issue price already received or appropriated from existing debt. This transaction involves two investors.
