IRM Energy Limited has announced several key appointments: Dr. Preetha Reddy and Mr. Dharamchand Jain as Additional Independent Directors for five years; Mr. Rajiv R. Modi and Mr. Amit Doshi as Additional Directors; and Mr. Amitabha Banerjee as Whole Time Director for three years. Mr. Akshit Soni has been appointed Company Secretary.
