IRM Energy Limited — Others, 28-10-2024: Appointment

IRM Energy Limited has appointed several new directors and key managerial personnel. Dr. Preetha Reddy and Mr. Dharamchand Jain join as Additional Independent Directors, while Mr. Rajiv Modi and Mr. Amit Doshi are appointed as Additional Non-Executive Directors. Mr. Amitabha Banerjee will serve as Whole-Time Director, and Mr. Akshit Soni becomes Company Secretary. The Board also approved the reconstitution of the Audit and Nomination Committees, all subject to shareholder approval.
