Kopran Ltd. has approved the allotment of 38,800 equity shares under its Employee Stock Option Plan 2023. The shares have a face value of Rs. 10 each, with an exercise price of Rs. 179 per share. Following this allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the company has increased to Rs. 482,494,050, comprising a total of 48,249,405 equity shares.
