Indiamart Intermesh Limited — Important, 28-10-2024: General Updates

IndiaMART InterMESH Limited, via its subsidiary Tradezeal Online Private Limited, will invest ₹5 crores in Edgewise Technologies Private Limited (EasyEcom) by acquiring 50,000 Compulsory Convertible Debentures. EasyEcom provides SaaS-based e-commerce solutions, having a turnover of ₹10.6 crores for FY 2024. The investment aligns with IndiaMART's goal of expanding its software service offerings. Post-investment, Tradezeal's shareholding in EasyEcom will be 26.01% of the fully diluted share capital.
