Pidilite Industries Limited — Important, 28-10-2024: General Updates

Pidilite Industries’ subsidiary, Pidilite Ventures Pvt. Ltd., will invest up to Rs. 8.10 crore in Buildnext Construction Solutions by subscribing to compulsorily convertible preference shares. Following this investment, Pidilite will hold a maximum of 30% of Buildnext’s equity. This is a strategic investment in a home design and project management service firm, which aims to expand Pidilite's business portfolio. It is confirmed that this transaction is not a related party transaction.
