Kfin Technologies Limited — Important, 28-10-2024: Agreements

KFin Technologies Limited has announced the formation of a joint venture with Computer Age Management Services Limited (CAMS) to establish a company named ‘MF Central’. This venture will focus on developing and managing an investment management platform. KFin will invest up to INR 13.5 crore for a 50% equity stake in the JVCo. Both parties will have equal rights in governance and decision-making for the new platform.
