Macrotech Developers' promoter, Mr. Abhishek Lodha, has announced an inter-se transfer of 18,00,00,000 equity shares (18.09%) to Lodha Philanthropy Foundation, aimed at funding social and nation-building initiatives. The promoter group’s aggregate shareholding remains unchanged. Furthermore, the foundation commits to a lock-in period until March 31, 2026, during which it will not sell the shares. Separate disclosures regarding encumbrances and equity share sales have also been made, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
