Motilal Oswal Financial Services reported a record consolidated PAT of Rs. 1,242 crores for Q2FY25, a 123% YoY increase, with an RoE of 48%. Revenue grew 46% YoY, driven by wealth management, capital markets, and asset management segments. The firm also raised Rs. 170 crores via private placement of non-convertible debentures.
