Mr. Sanjeev Sukumaran has resigned as Group Chief Operating Officer of Rainbow Children's Medicare Limited, effective October 30, 2024, due to his father’s deteriorating health. The company’s Board expressed gratitude for his contributions and has initiated the search for a replacement. In the interim, Dr. Ramesh Kancharla, Chairman and Managing Director, along with Dr. Dinesh Kumar Chirla, will oversee the COO responsibilities to ensure continuity in operations.
