IFB Industries Limited has appointed Mr. Collegal Srinivasan Govindaraj as an Additional Director and Executive Director for Manufacturing, Home Appliances, effective immediately. Mr. Govindaraj brings extensive experience from his previous roles in key companies, including a decade at LG Electronics as Pune factory head. Additionally, Mr. Soumitra Goswami has been redesignated as Chief Financial Officer of the Company, having initially served as Interim CFO. Both appointments aim to strengthen the company’s leadership team.
