Neogen Chemicals Limited's Board of Directors has appointed Mr. Gopikrishnan Sarathy as Chief Financial Officer. Additionally, Mr. Manoj Pati has been approved as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director, pending shareholder approval via postal ballot. Concurrently, Mr. Ullal Ravindra Bhat will resign as Independent Director effective October 28, 2024, to avoid conflict of interest. The Board also reconstituted its committees and will send out a postal ballot notice for the directors' appointments.
