JK Cement Limited — Important, 26-10-2024: Disclosure of material issue

J.K. Cement's Board approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ending September 30, 2024. They also approved the amalgamation of Toshali Cements Pvt. Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary, into J.K. Cement, pending regulatory approval. Additionally, they in-principle approved the sale of Toshali Logistics Pvt.
