Eicher Motors Limited's subsidiary, VE Commercial Vehicles Limited, has established a new subsidiary in Indonesia named PT VECV Automotive Indonesia. This entity aims to enhance the four-wheeled and other motor vehicles supply chain in Indonesia. VECV holds a 99.99% equity stake in the new subsidiary, which was incorporated on October 25, 2024. The transaction is not a related party deal, and no regulatory approvals are required.
