Macrotech Developers reported a consolidated profit of approximately ₹423.1 crore for Q2 FY2025, doubling from ₹202.8 crore the previous year. Revenue surged 53% to ₹2,684.6 crore, with collections rising 11% to ₹3,070 crore. The company achieved a record pre-sales performance of ₹4,290 crore during the quarter, despite the traditionally inauspicious "Shradh" period. Additionally, Lodha sold land for a data center in Palava for around ₹12 crore per acre.
