Globe Textiles (India) Limited — Board Meeting, 26-10-2024: Outcome of Board Meeting

Globe Textiles (India) Ltd. announced the resignation of Mr. Faruk Diwan from his role as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective immediately. He left to pursue an alternate career opportunity. Mr. Bhavik Suryakant Parikh, the Managing Director, will serve as the interim Compliance Officer until a new appointment is made. Mr. Diwan thanked the company for the support received during his tenure.
