MphasiS Limited — Important, 26-10-2024: General Updates

Mphasis Limited has approved the grant of 20,000 stock options and 12,000 restricted stock units (RSUs) to an identified employee. The stock options will have an exercise price of ₹2,800 and vest over five years, while the RSUs will have an exercise price of ₹10 and also vest over five years. The plans will be administered through the Mphasis Employees Equity Reward Trust and the Mphasis Employees Benefit Trust, respectively.
