Adani Enterprises Limited's subsidiary, Adani Airport Holdings Limited, has incorporated a new entity, Celeritas International FZCO, in the UAE with an authorized share capital of AED 100,000. Celeritas will engage in general trading but has not yet commenced operations. Adani Airport Holdings holds 74% of the new company's share capital.
