ITD Cementation India Limited's promoter, Italian-Thai Development Public Company Limited, has signed a share purchase agreement to sell 8,01,13,180 equity shares (46.64% of the company) to Renew Exim DMCC for INR 400 per share. Following this transaction, the purchaser will make an open offer and gain control of the company. The seller will relinquish its promoter status, and the board will be reconstituted to include the purchaser's directors.
